Real Estate Lending Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation including loan offer letters, consent letters, and other required correspondence for conventional real estate lending.
• Review documents to ensure accuracy in loan amounts, interest rates, fee recovery, and other terms in line with bank policy.
• Rectify discrepancies identified during vetting to ensure error-free documentation.
• Act as maker for disbursal requests, internal memos, and documentation submitted to Loan Operations.
• Process system-related activities in CAS, LMS, and other relevant platforms.
• Prepare loan instruction packets once documentation is complete and send to Loan Operations for disbursal processing.
• Update and maintain MIS for deferrals, post-disbursal documents, and other operational records.
• Handle lodgement of disbursal documents and ensure proper filing and tracking.
• Maintain admin records including inward/outward mail statements, acknowledgements, and other operational correspondence.
• Verify completeness of applications and ensure proper filing before security documents are lodged.
• Record and update all requests in the relevant MIS systems.
• Process transactions based on the bank s Delegation of Authority for Credit and Business.
• Ensure all operational queues are cleared before end-of-day.
• Provide coverage and act as backup for other team members when required.
• Support special tasks assigned by management.
