Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Are you passionate about real estate and have a sharp eye for detail? Were hiring a Listing Officer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. If youre organized, tech-savvy, and ready to hit the ground running we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage property listings on internal CRM systems and online portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)

Coordinate with agents and photographers to ensure high-quality content

Verify and update listing details such as pricing, availability, and property features

Maintain listing accuracy and remove expired or duplicate entries

Monitor listing performance and optimize visibility
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a similar role within real estate is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using real estate CRM systems (PropSpace, Masterkey, etc.)
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Must be based in Abu Dhabi or available to relocate
Ready to start immediately
