Role Overview ITW Properties is seeking dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultants/Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling a wide range of real estate activities including property brokerage, listings, leasing, development & consultancy services, marketing, investment advisory, property appraisal, and property & facility management. As a Real Estate Sales Consultant/Agent, you will play a key role in building client relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional service across the UAE real estate market. Key Responsibilities • Conduct property brokerage activities including sales, listings, and leasing. • Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities and market trends. • Carry out property appraisals and provide accurate property valuations. • Deliver property consultancy services for buyers, sellers, and investors. • Manage property portfolios including facility and property management. • Develop and implement effective real estate marketing strategies. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. • Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transactions aligned with company standards. Qualifications & Skills • Fluency in English or a second Arabic & European language. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proven experience in property brokerage, listings, and leasing. • Knowledge of real estate marketing and investment advisory. • Ability to assess property values and conduct accurate appraisals. • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field. • Previous experience in the UAE real estate industry is an added advantage.
