Real Estate Sales Consultant

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Duties & Responsibilities:


Provide guidance and assist real estate developers sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Determine client s needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Intermediate negotiation processes consult clients on market conditions prices mortgages legal requirements and related matters ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
Prepare necessary paperwork contracts leases deeds closing statements etc. when required
Maintain and update listings of available properties Promote sales through advertisements open houses and listing services
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Creating lists for real estate sale properties with information on location features square footage etc Showing properties to potential buyers and renters
Presenting purchase offers to sellers Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers
Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
Excellent interpersonal skills Strong sales negotiation and communication skills

Education & Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor s degree in marketing promotions advertising sales or business administration preferred 2 to 3 years of industry sales experience a plus Familiarity with office software and phone systems
Proven track of successful sales record Ability to work independently MS Office familiarity Good knowledge of the local property
