Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, train, and manage a team of real estate consultants
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved
Handle high-value client meetings and negotiations
Generate new business opportunities and partnerships
Provide market insights and pricing guidance to clients
Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years experience in Dubai real estate sales
Proven experience in a managerial or team-lead role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Target-oriented with a track record of achieving sales goals
Knowledge of off-plan and secondary market preferred
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
