You will assist clients in selling or purchasing property and advise them on market conditions, prices, and other relevant factors. Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying and selling real property with professionalism.
• Provide market analysis and current property values to clients confidently.

• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate legislation and market trends.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote properties for sale efficiently.
• Prepare necessary paperwork related to property transactions meticulously.
• Build and maintain a strong client relationship to encourage referrals.
• Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and appraisers professionally.
• Utilize technology to enhance marketing efforts and transaction management.
• Meet company sales targets and goals as part of the sales team effort.
• Participate in team meetings and share market insights and strategies regularly.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid real estate license pursuant to state requirements.
• Proven experience as a realtor or in a related sales role essential.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proactive sales-oriented approach needed.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM programs and real estate databases advantageous.
• Must possess a valid driver s license and have reliable transportation.
