1. Records all Invoices /Delivers Notes in the Receiving Log book.
2. Stamps all invoices and delivery notes with the Receiving Stamp and complete all applicable sections of the Receiving Stamp.
3. Utilizes the Notice of Error Correction and combined Goods Received without an Invoice & Goods Returned without a Credit Note form as required by the circumstance.
4. Ensures that all arriving items are in good condition and backed up by authorized Market Lists or Purchase Requests, & to notify to the Materials Manager of any price discrepancy.
5. Notifies to the Storemen or Dept. Heads concerned of arriving materials in order that items may be promptly removed from the Receiving Area.
6. Completes the Market List Items Not Received and forward to the Executive Chef and Materials Department.
7. Brings all outstanding deliveries for the current month to the attention of the Materials Manager and/or Purchasing Manager at the end of the month.
8. Prepares liquidation for all imported goods.
9. Assists the Inventory Supervisor in Month End Inventory and Month End Closing.
10. Consistently provides and maintains the highest standard of guest care and service.
11. Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times.
12. Ensures that your designated uniform is worn well pressed and in a good state of repair and to ensure that you wear a name badge at all times reported to your Supervisor.
13. Adheres at all times to all company, hotel and statutory rules, regulations and policies.
14. Attends any meetings, training sessions or courses that may be beneficial to you and your department on request from your Supervisor/Manager.
15. Follows all procedures set up for the protection of the environment within the hotel and grounds.
16. Carries out any other reasonable tasks requested by your Supervisor or Management.
