Roles & Responsibilities
Attend and manage all incoming calls and inquiries. Prepare quotations, agreements, warranties, and other related documents. Manage and respond to emails professionally and on time. Provide administrative support to accounts and other departments as required. Maintain proper filing and documentation. Assist with daily office operations and customer coordination.
