Main duties
I - SOS Customer Care Officer / duties include:
- Answers customer inquiries on all service features and advises delivery status.
- Handling regular requests from customers.
- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
- Make deals with customers and perform all necessary actions to follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Assists on customers in placing delivery orders.
- Recognizes customer problems and resolves to customer satisfaction directly or through transfer to proper unit.
- Communicates with customers on calls and assists in resolution of customer complaints regarding service failures.
- Elaborating delivery tickets.
- Fixing new customer delivery schedule.
- Making all the modifications for a customer: route, price, schedule, address, deliveries
- Prepares and submits to after sales Support Manager a variety of status reports as requested.
- Interact daily and objectively with the sales people.
- Follow up missed deliveries (not at home-not needed-stopped )
II - Receptionist duties:
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
- Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook;
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Taking notes and minutes in meetings
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
- Preparing documents for meetings
- Preparing Bank Letters and legal letters as requested
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organisation
- Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
- Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business administration
- MS office (word / excel) Arabic typing
- 0 - 2 years of experience
- Female, Organized and Presentable
- Smiley face, friendly & kind deportment
