Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive and hand over customer laundry orders.

• Issue invoices and record orders in the system.

• Handle cash and card payments.

• Answer customer inquiries and coordinate order pickup or delivery.

• Maintain daily sales records and basic reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience as a cashier or receptionist (laundry or retail preferred).

• Basic computer skills and ability to use invoicing systems (e.g., Zoho Books).

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Organized, honest, and able to handle cash responsibly.

• Basic English communication skills.
