Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation Coordinate with other departments as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle pressure calmly and efficiently
