Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Provide basic information about the company, its services, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate with office management to ensure supplies and resources are stocked.
- Assist other departments with ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
