Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting room bookings.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services.
  • Coordinate with facility management for office maintenance and supplies.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and visitors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under a long-term arrangement, and on-site.
