• Organize the reception and maintain tidiness and positive atmosphere
• Greet and welcome employees and guests and create a positive first impression of the company
• Register guest details and give them guest badge and collect the badge while leaving
• Direct guests to the waiting area while notifying the staff of their arrival
• Attend and transfer phone calls in a professional and cheerful way
• Take and deliver phone call messages
• In-charge for incoming and outgoing documents thru the fax machine
• Sort and distribute letters, correspondences, parcel, etc.
• Arrange driver for the staff and guests, and keep track of the drivers daily whereabouts
• Book taxi for guests if needed
• Maintain and update digital office directory
• Coordinate with the receptionist in Ajman office when necessary
• Oversee the office boys and cleaners
• Holds at least diploma in customer service or hotel management or any related hospitality course
• At least 3 years of experience in managing reception
• Fluent in English and Arabic communication and correspondences
• Demonstrate cheerful, proactive, and positive attitude
• Female. Pleasant and attractive personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel
