Job Description :
Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails, chat and faxes as a receiver and caller.
Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.
Use the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone.
Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
Utilize customer service experience to answer and resolve customer s /Guest Query.
Receiving Guests, Govt. Authorities and diverting to the concerned.
Scheduling Appointments for the managers.
Conference room booking.
Exceptional customer care and people skills to ensure first impression is professional
Ability to engage with high profile people such as Masafi Chairman, Board Members, Supplier executives, Customer Representatives, etc.
Assisting COO to manage his calendar
Scheduling and booking of flights via our travel agent ability to make sound judgement calls on best cost effective flight options selecting fastest travel time must understand the value proposition
Skilled at taking minutes at management meetings and distributing professional minutes within 24 hours after the meeting.
Managing company stationary supplies ordering using proper procurement process and responsible issuing and controlling of stationary
Ordering kitchen consumables replenish items such as coffee, tea, milk, sugar, toilet rolls, disposable utensils, etc.
Assisting Administration to check and verify company utility bills such as Electricity, telephones, waste removal, etc.
Willingness to work extra hours from time-to-time depending on business needs.
Education, Qualification and Skills :
Knowledge of Documentation.
Proficient of Microsoft Office.
2-3 years of progressive experience in similar role.
