Job Description
Control, organize, and administer all reception services for staff, students and guests to the school in order to facilitate a systematic and controlled environment so that satisfaction levels of all concerned are maintained.
Provide, input, define, organize and improve the entry of all names of prospective clients, students and faculty into the MBRSG database in order to enhance the network of contacts of MBRSG as well as increase the communications factor while ensuring accuracy and updating occurs on a regular basis.
Control, organize and administer all the communication networks both internally as well as externally in order to facilitate the easy flow of all communications
Collect, control, organize and distribute both incoming as well as outgoing mail as well other official documentation in order that timely receipt of all written documentation is affected so that all round employee efficiency may be enhanced.
Undertake, present and produce required translation for all projects and researchers in order that the required documentation may be presented in a proper and professional way so that the MBRSG credibility and goodwill will be enhanced.
Undertake, organize and administer any additional responsibility which may be delegated from time to time through the operations department from upper management, researchers or projects in order that deadlines may be maintained and effectiveness of decisions maintained.
It is expected that at all times a professional attitude will be adopted, with adherence to punctuality and proper time keeping followed. The responsibility of taking the initiative and cooperating with other staff members is critical while negativity is discouraged in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the division.
