• Great personality - Outgoing not shy at all can talk to different types of people and be indifferent of your surroundings and if you can greet patients with a smile
• Booking patients - Your first and most important target Book patients, through calls, recalls, reminders, e mails, walks ins, online chat system, etc the list goes on, your main goal is inviting patients to the clinic
• Complete Data entry tasks - You'll get trained on this you can organize yourself however you see fit to complete this task
• Answer Phone Calls - A big smile and a professional tone no matter what you are being asked, if you know the answer or not is the case how you answer the phone is what counts and of course being confident on the phone with caller, callers do notice when someone is struggling or is not confident, they can even hear a smile in your voice!
• You practice efficient time management - In other words JUST BE ORGANISED!
• You have a little bit of Sales experience (Not supermarket sales but tele sales) is a huge advantage in this role - Why? Because you'll be faced with questions that having had a role like that in the past will help you a lot here and you should know this role also includes commissions which will be discussed during your interview
• Understands Social Media channels - Not a must but if you are that's great
• Fluent English (This is a MUST) Only apply if you feel this describes you, we do not like to micro-manage anyone here, we believe that if you are happy, comfortable, confident that you'll be able to process things in your own and in return perform

Secretary / Front Office / Personal Assistant (PA)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
