Responsible for assisting in the daily operation and delivering professional service to the guests, visitors.
• Duties include handling telephone inquiries and complaints.
• Handle meeting rooms and front desk.
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Keep updated records and files.
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
