Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and manage front-desk operations professionally.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as needed.
Assist the sales and marketing team in following up with clients and leads.
Maintain updated customer databases and record client interactions.
Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and client correspondence.
Handle emails, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company s image positively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or technical diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 3 years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or sales support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
Customer-service oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
