Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner

  • Manage check-in/check-out procedures

  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and guest requests

  • Maintain front-desk records and update daily reports

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times
