Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner
Manage check-in/check-out procedures
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and guest requests
Maintain front-desk records and update daily reports
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Desired Candidate Profile
Hospitality sector experience is a MUST (Hotel/Resort/Front Office)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and presentable personality
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Immediate joiners are preferred
