Job Summary
Job & Responsibilities:
* Answering calls, taking messages and relay to the concerned person
* Meet and greet all incoming staff, guest with a smile
* Handles all the incoming and outgoing couriers
* Checking the general company email, forward and inform the concerned person
* Maintan the Office and pantry supplies and order for the replenishment
*Manage the cleaner(s) to ensure office cleanliness and orderliness
* Serve refreshments to clients, guest and GM
* Other jobs related as to be assigned by the GM
Qualifications:
* College level
* Must know how to use the Phone, hold, transfer and conference calls if needed
* With pleasing personality and with clear voice and accent
* Very good understanding, reading and writing of English
* Adept to the social media
* Must know how to use office equipments (telephone, fax machine, photo copier, cofee maker)
* Able to manage handle rapid calls and filter if necessary
* Preferred on visit visa
