Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Position Summary
Serve as a key resource for all **recreation activities** facilitated on the property. Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, which may include **pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities center**. Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests while ensuring **safety and welfare**.

Key Responsibilities
* Promote the rules and regulations of recreation facilities for guest safety
* Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately during emergencies
* Provide cashier services when working in facilities with point-of-sale transactions
* Assist with hosting private functions, group activities, and events
* Identify guests unable to safely participate and inform supervisor/manager
* Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive
* Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies
* Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
* Follow company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance
* Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
* Assist individuals with disabilities and anticipate guest service needs
* Communicate clearly and professionally, including telephone etiquette
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team goals
* Process payments for rentals, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales
* Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
* Read, visually verify, and inspect information, tools, equipment, or machines for defects
* Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and manipulate objects safely
* Move through narrow, confined, elevated, or slippery spaces and up/down stairs or ramps
* Perform other reasonable duties as requested

Preferred Qualifications
* **Education:** High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
* **Related Work Experience:** No prior experience required
* **Supervisory Experience:** None required

* **License/Certification:** CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, Recreation Equipment certification or training as required by local/state agencies
