Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Pool and Beach areas. These areas should be kept in a neat, tidy and sanitary manner in accordance with the Health and Safety Standards.
To help with the development of the Pool systems and procedures and to make sure that they are kept up to date on a regular basis.
To provide direct personal assistance/support to the guests whenever appropriate and to ensure the provision of an effective service for the Pool and Beach area.
Must attend all training courses and department meetings as deemed necessary, and must adhere to training as set down by the Manager.
To assist in the day to day running of the Pool and Beach area operation.
Responsible for stock of towels and ensure a par stock level appropriate to the business demands.
To receive training to ensure that all-relevant legislation pertaining to the Health and Safety at Work Law and Health and Hygiene standards are implemented and monitored within the pool.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school degree required.
Must have at least 24 months experience in the luxury hospitality industry. More experience preferred.
