- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a specialized industry, to ensure deep market understanding.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is crucial for efficient process management.
