Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored job descriptions that attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through innovative channels, including social media, job boards, and industry events, to build a diverse and robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen resumes and applications with a keen eye for detail, identifying candidates who not only meet qualifications but also align with company culture.
  • Facilitate engaging interviews, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience while evaluating skills, experience, and potential fit.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce planning.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to final offer negotiations, ensuring timely communication with candidates at every stage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing feedback and support throughout the hiring process to enhance their experience.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, showcasing the company culture and values through various channels to draw in potential applicants.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and attract high-quality candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge of recruitment principles.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the industry relevant to the hiring organization.
  • Specialized certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or LinkedIn Recruiter certification, showcasing commitment to professional development.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, especially English, to communicate effectively with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and make data-driven recruitment decisions that align with business needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with hiring managers and fostering positive candidate experiences.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating the ability to handle challenges and adapt to changing recruitment demands.
  • High level of emotional intelligence to connect with candidates and understand their motivations and aspirations in the job search.
  • A passion for talent acquisition, driven by a desire to match candidates with opportunities that align with their career goals and the company's mission.
