Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, improve processes, and optimize hiring strategies for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field provides a solid foundation.
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR demonstrate professional commitment and expertise.
