Job Profile

Work with clients to help them find the best candidates for employment at their company. Search for potential employees, screen them and match them to available job positions. Create a recruiting strategy and work with clients and candidates from the sourcing stage up until the ideal candidate is hired.

Work closely with both clients and job applicants, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary with related experience. Should be Familiar with recruiting and sourcing techniques, including the use of software, job portals and social media.


1. Market Awareness for New Commercial Projects.
2. Attend and Understand Client Manpower requirements
3. Prepare Job Description (All Job Categories)
4. Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies (All Job Categories)
5. Handling independently add management Process
6. Headhunting Candidates (database, social network, personal reference, job portals, agencies. etc.
7. Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies (All Job Categories)
8. Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview (All Job Categories)
9. Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
10. Organizing interviews and selection events
11. Negotiating contracts
12. Assisting Client and Candidates during joining Process.
13. Post joining activities include – collecting the timely feedback from the candidate & Client.
14. Achieving Monthly Targets set by Company.
15. Enhancing relation with clients
16. Adhering with Company Policy
