The Job holder is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with other members of the HR team supporting the overall mission of the organization. This position carries out various duties in different functions of HR.

Key Responsibilities:
• Medical Benefits Administration:
1. Administers and communicates the company's medical benefits program in regard to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements.
2. Partners with providers to administer medical benefit program, monitors cost of benefit provision and competitiveness of package to market and provides recommendation on potential changes to provision
3. Participates in projects providing insights and recommendations that have a direct bearing on reward program or process development
4. Consults on benefits issues internally, including interaction with employees within the organization to understand needs and requirements
5. Acts as primary contact accountable for resolution of issues related to identified medical benefits
6. Supports in the communication of medical benefit provision both within and outside the HR teams
• Role owns a number of routine HR processes (Exit interview, employment confirmation) end to end where they would recommends and put forward amendments to existing procedures and systems within the scope of allocated responsibilities.
• Consults with employees within agreed service standards, taking responsibility for delivery and uncovering needs.
• Coordinate personnel and miscellaneous administrative needs with appropriate departments (certificates, recommendation letters, expenses etc.)
• Handle any employee issue or internal problems that require immediate attention.
• Role is sole HR representative for a significant area within the company (agency) and manages the following:
1. Liaise with Head of unit on employee related issues
2. Reference Checks for candidates
3. Offer Letter generation
4. Accountable for end to end on-boarding fulfillment
5. First point resolution on any HR issues
Skills Required:
• Should possess highest standards for customer servicing with very good communication skills verbal as well as written and to be able to co-ordinate well with internal as well as external stakeholders to achieve departmental objectives
• Should have good typing speed with very good working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and exposure to basic key functions for reporting like Pivot Table, Look up etc.
• Should be an excellent team player.
• Should be able to prioritize the work, proactive in approach and with process oriented approach.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education, Experience and Formal/Professional Qualifications:
• Graduate degree
• 5 years’ experience preferably in a similar
• Proven ability in multitasking
