Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather recruitment needs.
- Write and distribute job offers.
- Source and pre-select candidates.
- Conducting HR interviews.
- Present the selected profiles to managers or clients.
- To follow up on applications until integration.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Psychology or a similar field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Good mastery of sourcing and interview techniques.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Autonomy, responsiveness and interpersonal skills.
- Post office in Algiers.
