Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Gather recruitment needs. 
  • Write and distribute job offers.
  • Source and pre-select candidates.
  • Conducting HR interviews.
  • Present the selected profiles to managers or clients.
  • To follow up on applications until integration.
  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Psychology or a similar field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Good mastery of sourcing and interview techniques.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Autonomy, responsiveness and interpersonal skills.
  • Post office in Algiers.
