Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment Officer
Your mission
As a recruitment officer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Welcoming and informing candidates about the recruitment process, the position, the company and its benefits
- Manage telephone pre-selection interviews and evaluate candidates according to the criteria required for the position.
- Conduct in-person recruitment interviews and monitor the administration of assessment tests
- Write up the interview reports
- Update the application status on the information system
- Assign candidates based on their profiles and the requirements of the requesting department.
- Represent the company at job fairs and promote the customer advisor profession
- Building a pool of candidates to gain responsiveness and quickly meet recruitment needs
- Ensure regular follow-up on candidate integrations and initiate necessary replacements, in coordination with the recruitment manager.
- Working closely with the production teams and the sourcing department

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a talented individual who:
- Ideally, the candidate has a higher education degree in human resources.
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English
- Has 3-4 years of successful experience in a similar role, ideally in call centers.
- Knows mass recruitment techniques
- Recognized for its ability to provide a good candidate experience
- At an active cost
- He is known for his interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- East oriented towards results
- He possesses an analytical and synthetic mind.
- Able to work in a multi-client organization
Availability, flexibility and commitment are key qualities for successfully carrying out one's mission.
Experience in recruiting telesales profiles is a plus.
