Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments through targeted interviews and skill evaluations to identify top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and organizational culture.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media and networking, to discover passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to continually refine strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
- Craft compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates and accurately reflect the role's requirements.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
- Implement and enhance employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice in the industry.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates post-interview, fostering a positive candidate experience and enhancing the company’s reputation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment or industry-specific role.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a strong advantage, showcasing commitment to professional development.
- Proven experience in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to enhance efficiency.
- Familiarity with labor market trends and employment laws, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse candidates.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for connecting candidates with their ideal job opportunities.
