• Recruitment/ Hiring (local and international).
• Builds a quality relationship with the internal and external recruitment agencies (local and international), coordinate with recruitment agencies inside and outside UAE.
• Recruiting and staffing logistics when instructed.
• Sourcing qualified candidates through website, placing ads and coordinating with recruitment agencies.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to qualified candidates.
• Interview job candidates about their education, work experience and plans for career growth.
• Contact a job applicant’s references, making sure information is accurate and gathering as much information on the potential new employee as possible.
• Provide job applicants with all the information they need about a job, from specific job duties to expectations and the possibility of advancement.
• Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment, measurement definitions, regular measurement, reporting, taking proper actions).
• Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
• Monitor CV’s of qualified candidates and arrange/ conduct initial interview.
• Endorse the qualified candidate to the concerned department.
• Prepare offer letter to the successful candidate.
• Ensure all the required documents for the newly hired employees have been submitted to HR.
• Checking incoming e-mails for recruitment and screen CVs prior to forward to HR Manager.
• Screen applicants qualifications and obtain information such as educational attainment, work experience and visa status.
• Prepare recruitment lists and job postings.
• Prepare job descriptions.
• Arrange schedule of qualified candidates for interview.
• Acts as a single point of contract for managers regarding recruitment topics.
• Assist with the day to day efficient and over-all operation of the HR office.
• Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection for employment.
• Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
• Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
• Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
• Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
• Prepare required reports when needed.
• Performs other tasks as required.
• Reporting to the HR Manager.
• Job description may change as per the Management discretion.
