SHARE JOB Job descriptionOutside specialized sales position with the focus on a Reefer Seafreight with major focus on fresh products (Fruits & Vegetables) exports.A person in this position will deliver agreed portfolio targets through the development of existing and new customers. Among other responsibilities, Reefer Business Development Manager will be in charge of conducting selling activities in accordance with national sales management guidelines.Your tasks and responsibilities• Acts as the primary point of contact to the customer, selling KN services across business units (Seafreight, Airfreight, Overland) with a specific focus on the seafreight business unit• Closely cooperates with operations to develop and apply specialized knowledge relative to the Reefer seafreight (where applicable)• Develop spot and regular opportunities with existing and new customers• Customer retention engagement on assigned account portfolio• Preparing and conducting customer visits, calls, presentations, negotiations, and contracts• Liaising with operations on pricing/RFQ preparation• Input and timely update of sales activities utilizing internal systems• Ensures proper transitioning of a customer to operations in line with customer requirements Company Industry Logistics / Transportation / Warehousing / Courier Department/Functional Area Sales / Business Development Desired Candidate Profile Your skills and experience• The ideal candidate has a Bachelors Degree and a professional certification• Masters Degree, as well as any other degree, would be a plus• Prior Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory• International exposure in a similar role with a leadership experience is highly appreciated• Advanced knowledge of English and Arabic language is essential for this role• Driver's license is mandatory• We need a person with strong customer focus and good persuasive skillsGood reasons to join Keywords Freight forwarding RFQ Customer retention contract logistics Sales management HR National sales Incharge Transition Focus REPORT THIS JOB Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
