You support our team as
Regional Controller
Responsibilities
- Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements, cost feed files, balance sheet reconciliations and year-end audit schedules.
- Train, develop and manage direct reports.
- Prepare and analyse operating results, financial plans and forecasts.
- Prepare and present periodic Sales and Product Margins to on-site management teams.
- Track and analyse P&L expenses and report on differences between actual and expected spending.
- Calculate annual standard labour and overhead rates for each manufacturing process.
- Analyse inventory costing reviews, monthly manufacturing variances, weekly inventory reconciliations, coordinate monthly cycle counts and annual site physical inventory.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
- Accounting certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience as an accountant, financial analyst, controller, or related role. Experience of cost manufacturing desirable.
- Knowledge of full absorption cost accounting, with Activity Based Costing experience an advantage.
- Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft applications, experience of SAP and HFM or similar accounting/controlling software is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, written and oral, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
