Job Description

The Regional Sourcing & Fulfilment Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing the supply chain operations across various regions. This position focuses on identifying and procuring necessary goods and services while ensuring efficient fulfillment processes to meet the demands of the business. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions.

  • Manage supplier relationships and regularly review their performance and compliance with contracts.
  • Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and company policy requirements.
  • Develop contingency plans and strategies to address supply chain disruptions effectively.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to enhance the supply chain's overall efficiency.
  • Prepare and present sourcing reports and data analytics to senior management for strategic planning.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging markets to gain a competitive advantage.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of regional market trends and supply chain best practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven record of successful supplier agreements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using supply chain and procurement software tools and systems.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
