We are currently recruiting a Regional Visual Merchandiser with 3 - 4 years of experience to work for Tory Burch
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager, and working closely with the regional and the local teams in the entire country network, the regional senior visual merchandiser is responsible for the image of the points of sales in retail shops and all promotional activities.
Main responsibilities:
• New Concept Store
• Advise on VM Guidelines to be implemented.
• Define Necessary promo elements needed
• Liaise with 3D for development of new permanent unit in store
New Store Opening
• Order necessary collaterals needed (regional purchase)
• Liaise with local trade marketing for opening VM (Visuals/Merchandising/Brands GTS )
Permanent Merchandising
• Ensure merchandising levels in store are met as per own concept guidelines
• Maintain updated VM book and ensure implementation in all stores
• Propose any merchandising amendments enabling optimization of turnover / sqm
• Regular visits to local markets to assess merchandising guidelines and define correct action plan
• Maintain bi-monthly checklist updated
Design and develop promo units for each animation as required (podium/tower )
• Work in collaboration with Marketing team on developing necessary VM Tools (furnitures/display ) for animation
• Define Guidelines and placement for promo units across all stores
• Prepare/Adapt window merchandising display
• Propose effective VM guidelines to maximize impact and profitability of animation
• Communicate full merchandising elements and guidelines to regional trade
• Brands Animation Exclusive and regional brand animation VM:
• Communicate with brands for regional VM guidelines
• Communicate with regional trade marketing for implementation of VM guidelines
