Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians during oocyte retrievals and embryo transfers, ensuring a sterile and efficient operating environment.
  • Administer medications, including intravenous drugs, under physician supervision, meticulously documenting dosages and patient responses.
  • Provide comprehensive patient education regarding pre- and post-operative care, including medication schedules and lifestyle adjustments.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their overall condition before, during, and after procedures, promptly addressing any complications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Holds a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting, preferably with experience in IVF.
  • Has experience in assisting in oocyte retrievals and embryo transfers.
