Position Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Homecare Registered Nurse (Female) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort and promoting recovery. This role requires excellent clinical knowledge, patient care experience, and the ability to work independently in a homecare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and offering general health assessments.
• Collaborate with doctors, caregivers, and family members to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care management and health maintenance.
• Assist with rehabilitation, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the UAE (DHA/HAAD/DOH license required).
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in homecare or clinical settings.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform independent assessments and treatments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Female candidates only, as required by the nature of the role.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on patient needs.
