Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be an essential part of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care. Your role will encompass assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. You will work on the frontline of the healthcare delivery system, often making critical decisions in high-pressure situations. Responsibilities
  • Assess and document patient medical histories and current health conditions.
  • Assist physicians during examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and detect any significant changes in condition.
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for patients.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
  • Advocate for patients' health needs and ensure they receive appropriate care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address holistic patient care needs.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient care and progress.
  • Comply with all healthcare laws, regulations, and standards of professional practice.

Requirements
  • Valid nursing license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare practices, procedures, and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to make informed, ethical decisions in high-stress situations.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in nursing.
