A Registered Nurse (RN) plays a pivotal role in the healthcare team by providing crucial medical and emotional support to patients. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing medical treatments. Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions through regular examinations and tests.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Document all patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.

• Respond effectively to emergencies and provide immediate care when required.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and electronic health records.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
