Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes to ensure safe care.
Assist doctors during OPD consultations by preparing patients and completing basic nursing assessments.
Support doctors during postoperative follow-ups and help monitor patient recovery.
Perform wound care and change dressings for postoperative patients (aesthetic).
Teach patients and families how to care for wounds and follow postoperative instructions.
Work with the healthcare team to ensure smooth and safe surgical care.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree from an accredited institution.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, demonstrating compliance with regulatory standards.
At least 2 years of clinical experience with a strong surgical background, preferably in a surgical or perioperative unit, demonstrating hands-on expertise in caring for pre- and postoperative patients.
