• Assess and monitor the condition of patients and record pertinent observations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and authorized providers.
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessment and healthcare standards.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate excellent patient outcomes.
• Educate and support patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control procedures and protocols.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for all patients under care.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to manage changes in patient conditions effectively.
• Participate in community education and outreach programs to promote public health.
• Support the orientation and training of new nursing staff and healthcare personnel.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment within the facility.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Strong clinical, assessment, and problem-solving skills in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with patients and staff.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to handle stress and work effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical environment.
