Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with healthcare plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update them as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families, particularly those who speak Arabic.
  • Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the medical team promptly.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and family members.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing protocols.
  • Participate in the development of procedures that improve patient care quality.
  • Manage and respond to emergency situations in a calm and efficient manner.
  • Promote and maintain patient safety and confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
