We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans and treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and document effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members for holistic care.
• Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of the data.
• Educate and support patients and their families about disease and treatment plans.
• Oversee and guide nursing assistants and support staff in patient care activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and initiate life-saving actions.
• Conduct health assessments and interpret a variety of diagnostic tests.
• Participate in continuing education activities to enhance professional skills.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families dealing with physical and mental health issues.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards of healthcare practices.
• Assist in developing and evaluating clinical resources and patient care programs.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is preferred.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor and work effectively under pressure.
• Commitment to following all nursing protocols and ethical standards.
