Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the health and well-being of our patients. You will be entrusted with assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and administering medical treatments. Responsibilities
- Assess and document patient health status and treatment progress regularly.
- Develop individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report significant changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care.
- Support physicians during examinations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sterility of the healthcare environment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records for healthcare continuity.
- Identify and respond to patient emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training activities.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, standards, and institutional policies.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice.
- Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare protocols, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work long hours if needed.
