Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient health status and treatment progress regularly.
• Develop individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report significant changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care.
• Support physicians during examinations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sterility of the healthcare environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records for healthcare continuity.
• Identify and respond to patient emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training activities.
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations, standards, and institutional policies.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice.
• Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare protocols, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work long hours if needed.
