Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical, emotional, and social needs, ensuring tailored care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately, vigilantly monitoring for side effects and patient responses.
  • Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Manage medical equipment and technology effectively, troubleshooting issues as they arise to ensure patient safety.
  • Provide compassionate support in high-stress situations, demonstrating resilience and empathy to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of nursing practices and patient care standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting, showcasing hands-on expertise.
  • Valid RN license, demonstrating compliance with state and federal nursing regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, ensuring a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices.
  • Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) to enhance emergency response capabilities.
  • Experience in specialized areas such as ICU, pediatrics, or geriatrics, bringing depth to patient care.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus for diverse patient interactions.
  • Strong technical skills with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical technology, ensuring efficient documentation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to patients and families.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, enabling quick and effective responses to patient needs.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity, capable of performing demanding tasks and maintaining composure in fast-paced environments.
