Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify health issues and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and monitoring for potential side effects or adverse reactions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, facilitating communication between doctors, specialists, and support staff.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care to empower them in their recovery journey.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent nursing degree from an accredited institution is essential.

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure is mandatory, with certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

  • Minimum of 0-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with demonstrated expertise in specific nursing specialties.
