• Possesses a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Department of Health (DOH) or equivalent, demonstrating professional nursing qualifications.
• Holds a Laser Technician certification from a recognized institution, showcasing specialized training in laser procedures and safety protocols.
• Demonstrates at least 2 years of experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting, indicating practical experience in patient care and treatment administration.
• Exhibits a strong understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions, allowing for accurate assessments and treatment planning.
• Proficient in operating various laser devices, including IPL, fractional lasers, and other aesthetic technologies, showcasing technical expertise.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective patient education, consultation, and rapport-building.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in patient documentation and record-keeping, ensuring compliance and patient safety.
• Exhibits a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with patients and colleagues, upholding the highest standards of care.
• Displays a positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), with proficiency in Arabic or other languages being a plus, facilitating effective communication with diverse patient populations.
