JOB PURPOSE:
Manage and support Consumer Banking & Wealth Management to develop business from new relationships and existing customers in order to meet Bank’s growth objectives.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.Market a full range of Wealth Management products and services in a diversified manner to existing and new clients.

2.Manage relationships with clients and proactively helps to resolve issues and concerns.

3.Utilize knowledge, experience, to lead for a comprehensive Sales across all KPIs.

4.Maintain good level of knowledge of the bank systems and regulatory environment.

5.Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies/procedures and regulatory requirement in particular with regards to the KYC responsibilities and duties, as per relevant policies and procedures.

6.Identify target customers both locally within the region in order to establish a basis for potential business.

7.Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of no. of customers, volumes and revenue.

8.Establish and maintain good relationships with key potential HNI clients, and develop these into successful, on-going business relationships.

9.Keep abreast of developments in the local business environment to sport business opportunities.

10.Achieve “best in class” productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of all KPIs.

11.Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets, consistency and penetration.

12.Aggressive Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.

13.Update & maintain all Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business done, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATION:
•Degree in Economics or Finance or Business Management
•MBA preferred


EXPERIENCE:

•5-6 years of Banking experience in Sales with CISI certificate
•Good knowledge and understanding of market for banking industry

SKILLS:

•Good command of English.
•Arabic language would be an added advantage.
•Planning and organizing skills
•Marketing and selling skills
•Leadership skills
•Report writing skills
•Problem solving skills
