Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Actively sell credit cards, personal loans, and other consumer finance products to new and existing customers.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
  • Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to potential customers.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs as defined by management.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards during the entire sales process.
  • Assist with application processing and coordinate with internal departments for timely disbursal or card issuance.
  • Provide feedback to the product team and suggest improvements based on customer interactions and market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in banking sales, preferably in credit cards and loans.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, lending processes, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a target-driven environment.
