Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Actively sell credit cards, personal loans, and other consumer finance products to new and existing customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to potential customers.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs as defined by management.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards during the entire sales process.
- Assist with application processing and coordinate with internal departments for timely disbursal or card issuance.
- Provide feedback to the product team and suggest improvements based on customer interactions and market trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in banking sales, preferably in credit cards and loans.
- Strong understanding of financial products, lending processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a target-driven environment.
